Making meals more nutritious
Arizona WIC is preparing for an exciting change! The WIC food packages are changing to better meet the nutritional needs of WIC participants. The new federal rules allow WIC families to purchase fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and soy products, in addition to the variety of current foods WIC families already receive resulting in more food choices.
