WIC is available to Arizona’s pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children under the age of five who are at nutritional risk and who are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines (below).

What To Bring to Your WIC Appointment
- Proof of income (paycheck, tax return, letter from your employer)
- Individuals with proof of AHCCCS, TANF, Food Stamps, or Section 8 participation who meet WIC income guidelines
- Proof of residence or identity (driver’s license, utility bill, official identification)
